1 Apr 2025 Deputy Norris recovered a syringe that was found lying in a parking lot in Muskingum Township. This item is marked for destruction.
6 Apr 2025 WCSO deputies responded to 881 State Route 555, Belpre Township to a report of Amy Leander Frame, who had been drinking, having a gun and pointing it at a family member, threatening to kill them. Frame left the residence prior to law enforcement arriving, and it was believed that Frame had several firearms. An argument had taken place during the day, at which time Frame obtained a gun and chambered a round. The firearm was pointed at the victim while seated in a chair. The victim was able to push the gun away from his face and wrestle it away from Frame. Frame then ripped 2 phones off the wall while an attempt to call law enforcement was being made. The victim left the residence and was able to call law enforcement. A warrant was requested through Marietta Municipal Court and issued for the arrest of Amy Leander Frame, age 53, Little Hocking, OH, on a charge of using weapons while intoxicated, domestic violence and disrupting public service. Frame was apprehended in Wood County, WV, and held on the warrant.
7 Apr 2025 a warrant was issued for the arrest of Anthony Cameron Williams, age 51, LKA: 26935 State Route 7, Apt. 6C, Marietta, OH, on a charge of failure to provide change of address. Williams, a registered sex offender, was located in the area of a reported burning complaint in 2024. Deputy Sheaves prepared and mailed a certified letter to Williams at the above address, his last known address on file. This letter was returned to sender, unable to forward. A second attempt was made with a certified letter, advising Williams of his upcoming registration. This letter was also returned, unable to forward. On 3 Mar 2025 a third certified letter was mailed, advising of his past due registration. This letter was returned unable to forward. 1 Apr 2025 a complaint was made to the City Police about the homeless encampment on Douglas Avenue, in reference to Williams staying at the encampment. A warrant was then requested for Williams through Marietta Municipal Court.
7 Apr 2025 Jail Lt. King was notified of a warrant for inmate Ziontay Kevon Black out of Circuit Court of the Eighth Judicial Circuit, Alachua County, Florida. Black is charged with Scheme to Defraud/Organized Fraud, Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communications Device, and Grand Theft III. Verification was made between inmate Black and the wanted individual, finding them to be a match. Black, age 25, LKA: 1208 W Fourth Avenue, Apt. 3, Flint, MI, was charged with fugitive from justice.

Jasmine Rose Pryor, age 24, Vienna, WV, breach of recognizance, domestic violence 2 counts, and assault, all misdemeanors.
There are currently 34 women and 118 men incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
