Our mission at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch is to serve as the vital link between our community and emergency services. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch currently serves the Sheriff’s Office road patrol and three municipalities: Lowell, Beverly, and New Matatamoras Police Departments, and 17 Fire and EMS departments. 

In 2024, the WCSO dispatch processed over 40,851 emergency and non-emergency calls!
