4 Apr 2025 Deputy Thornberry was dispatched to investigate a vehicle theft of a Chevy truck in Marietta Township. 

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail 9 Apr 2025:

Kendra Janelle Barber, age 32, Parkersburg, WV, illegal conveyance of weapon, a felony, drug paraphernalia, obstructing official business, failure to control and no operator’s license, all misdemeanors.

Reuben Eugene May, age 65, Lowell, OH, permitting animals to run at large, a misdemeanor.

Mackendy NMN Emmanuel, age 42, Marietta, OH, having physical control of vehicle, a misdemeanor.

Thaddeus Lee Mayle, age 25, no operator’s license, a misdemeanor.

Noah Michael James Vanfosson, age 18, Belpre, OH, telecommunication harassment and menacing, both misdemeanor.

There are currently 32 women and 111 men incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
