31 Mar 2025 Deputy Gainer conducted an investigation in Palmer Township regarding a trespassing incident. 

During the month of March deputies conducted two funeral escorts, 8 K9s for transport to HSOV, 11 littering complaints, attempted and/or served 170 civil process papers, 185 traffic stops, 78 911 hang up calls, 38 welfare checks, attempted and/or served 53 warrants, 52 animal calls, along with other complaints, calls for service.

1 Apr 2025 Deputy Groves began an investigation in Pioneer Township where a dog bit a family member. 

1 Apr 2025 Deputy Aultman began an investigation into a junk yard violation in Belpre Township.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail 2 Apr 2025: 

Yushon Troy White, age 49, Garfield Heights, OH, driving under suspension and speed, both misdemeanors.

Kurtis Matthew Walters, age 31, Lowell, OH, OVI alcohol, drug of abuse or both, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, speed, no seatbelt, driving under suspicion (FRA) and probation violation, all misdemeanors.

Gary Brent Davis, age 62, Marietta, OH, assault, a misdemeanor.

There are currently 31 women and 112 men incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
