25 Mar 2025 Deputy Boyd began an investigation into a financial scam in Dunham Township.  This investigation is continuing.

25 Mar 2025 Deputy Welch began an investigation in Muskingum Township of a theft. 

27 Mar 2025 Lt. King while working the Washington County Jail, observed a fight involving Miguel Robinson.  After conducting the investigation it was determined that Miguel Devegay Turner Robinson, 1761 Cromwell Drive, Akron, OH, would be charged with assault. 

29 Mar 2025 at approximately 0214 hours Deputy Wallace while conducting stationary patrol on I77, Muskingum Township, observed a grey Honda bearing Ohio registration travelling south.  A male was observed driving and the registration came back to the owner being suspended. A traffic stop was conducted and Mi’Sean Lee Ward was identified as the driver and found to have a suspended driver’s license.  A citation was issued to Mi’Sean Lee Ward, 3762 Grosvenor Road, South Euclid, OH, for driving under suspension.

29 Mar 2025 Deputy Thornberry was dispatched to Bell Cemetery Road, Barlow Township, to a report of litter being dumped.

30 Mar 2025, while on patrol Deputy Welch was dispatched to Schoolhouse Road, Belpre Township, to a report of Daniel Sealey making threats. Sealey was asked if he had made these threats, with him stating that he did not mean them, he was just mad.  The victim(s) advise that an argument occurred over a broken down vehicle in the middle of the roadway that belonged to Sealey.  At some point during the argument Sealed threatened to shoot and kill the victim(s).  Daniel Douglas Sealey, age 37, Little Hocking, OH, was placed under arrest and charged with domestic violence.  Sealed was transported to the Washington County Jail.

There are currently 30 women and 109 men incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
