Ronald Clifford Hopkins, Jr., age 49, Parkersburg, WV, probation violation, a felony. 

Dakota Ski Acores, age 30, Marietta, OH, contempt of court and no operator’s license, both misdemeanors.

Quintin Avery William Ramirez, age 33, Little Hocking, OH, fugitive from justice and theft, both misdemeanors.

John William Gibson, age 45, Belpre, OH, conspiracy to trafficking in drugs, 2 counts probation violation, all felonies.

Nicholas Allen Webb, age 45, Marietta, OH, driving under suspension, a misdemeanor.

Jonathan Paul Angus, age 43, Cutler, OH, aggravated menacing and assault, both misdemeanors.

Chase Robert Vandyne, age 35, 2 counts trafficking in drugs, 3 counts possession of fentanyl, and possession of drugs, (Guernsey Co.) all felonies.

Aidan Matthew Martin, age 26, Waterford, OH, strangulation, a felony, and domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

Thomas Nicholas Jordan, age 30, Coolville, OH, probation violation, 2 counts receiving stolen property, contempt of court (Athens Co.), possession of drugs (Meigs Co.), 2 counts receiving stolen property, all felonies, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and probation violation, both misdemeanors.

Willison Chester Lockhart, age 51, Belpre, OH, possession of drugs, tampering with evidence, both felonies, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

Feliciano Perez, age 32, Marietta, OH, OVI alcohol, drug of abuse or both, a misdemeanor.

Joseph Calvin Hardway, Jr., age 41, Belpre, OH, criminal trespass and theft, both misdemeanors, breaking and entering, a felony, and parole violation (WV).

Nathan Skyy Miller, age 20, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Kamron Jo Dawn Klepack, age 19, Belpre, OH, menacing by stalking, a felony.

Payton Christopher Layne, age 18, Belpre, OH, intimidation, a felony.
