On 25 Sept 2022 Deputy Logan began an investigation into a possible domestic violence incident.  After completing the investigation this incident was determined to be unfounded.

On 26 Sept 2022 Deputy Davis began an investigation into a theft of an Apple watch in Warren Township.

On 26 Sept 2022 Deputy Davis began an investigation into a financial scam. 

On 26 Sept 2022 Deputy Wallace began an investigation into a financial scam.

On 27 Sept 2022 Deputy Davis began an investigation in Warren Township regarding a firearm stolen from a vehicle. 

On 27 Sept 2022 Deputy Peters was on patrol in the Frontier Local High School area when a passenger vehicle was observed traveling at a high rate of speed in the oncoming lane.  Radar revealed the vehicle traveling at 38 mph in the posted 20 mph school zone.  Nathaniel L. Mason, 742 Nelson Street, Belpre, OH, was issued a citation for speed. 

On 27 Sept 2022 Sgt. McConnell began an investigation into identity fraud in Waterford Township.

On 27 Sept 2022 Sgt. Painter was on patrol in Warren Township when he observed a passenger vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in the oncoming lane of State Route 7.  Radar revealed the vehicle was travelling at 79 mph in the posted 60 mph zone.  A citation for speed was issued to Tiffany L Kennedy, 1326 Colegate Drive, Marietta, OH.

On 27 Sept 2022 Sgt. Painter was on patrol in Warren Township when he observed a passenger vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in the oncoming lane of State Route 7.  Radar revealed the vehicle was travelling at 78 mph in the posted 60 mph zone.  A citation for speed was issued to Amy E Kesterson, 801 Tygart Street, Parkersburg, WV.

On 27 Sept 2022 Sgt. McGilton and Deputy Tullius began an investigation in Adams Township regarding littering and child endangering. 

On 27 Sept 2022 Sgt. Painter was on patrol in Belpre Township, State Route 7, when he observed a vehicle traveling in the oncoming lane at a high rate of speed.  Radar revealed the speed as 71 mph in a posted 50 mph zone.   A citation for speed was issued to Brian D. Lallemont, 6 Amanda Lane, Parkersburg, WV.

On 27 Sept 2022 Sgt. Painter was on patrol in Warren Township, State Route 7, when he observed a vehicle traveling in the oncoming lane at a high rate of speed.  Radar revealed the speed as 80 mph in a posted 60 mph zone.   A citation for speed was issued to Nancy L. McManus, 1266 Lakewood Drive, Washington, WV. 

On 27 Sept 2022 Deputy Wallace began an investigation in Macksburg in reference to a subject exposing himself. 

On 28 Sept 2022 Deputy Aultman began an investigation in Fairfield Township where copper tubing was stolen.

On 29 Sept 2022 Det. Dolly placed Adam James Treadway, age 23, 20565 State Route 550, Marietta, OH, under arrest on a charge of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor. 

On 29 Sept 2022 Deputy Aultman was dispatched to Dunham Township in reference to Codey D. Maze, age 29, 279 Maze Road, Belpre, OH, causing a subject to fear for their safety.  After completing the investigation Maze was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Jail on a charge of domestic violence.

The following subject(s) were processed into the Washington County Jail 3 Oct 2022:

 Marcus Rogers Holloway, age 36, Cutler, OH, fugitive from justice.

There are currently 22 women and 94 men being housed in the Washington County Jail.
