13 Feb 2025 Sheriff Warden reports while patrolling I77 sound-bound on 12 Feb 2025, Detective Peters observed multiple traffic violations being committed by the driver of a 4 door gray vehicle. 

A traffic stop was conducted on State Route 821, Muskingum Township.  Det. Peters made contact with the driver, identified as Frances White, who appeared to be nervous and fidgety. 

K9 Timmy was deployed to conduct a free air sniff around the vehicle.  Timmy gave a positive indication on the front driver’s door.

Upon searching the vehicle, a glass smoking  device was located.  White was also found to be in possession of a clear plastic bag with a white chunky substance concealed in her bra.  White  also had concealed 47 grams of fentanyl, which she revealed was inside her vagina cavity.

Frances Nicholle White, age 29, 1209 Juneau Avenue, Akron, OH, was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Jail.  White was charged with  trafficking in drugs – fentanyl, and possession of fentanyl, both 1st degree felonies.

White remained incarcerated in the Washington County Jail until her initial appearance in Marietta Municipal Court.  After appearing in Marietta Municipal Court, White remains in jail on $200,000 bond.
