19 Sept 2023 Deputy Welch conducted a private property accident investigation at a parking lot beside the Courthouse.  Isaac Blair was driving through the lot when a vehicle driven by Judy Smith backed from a parking spot striking Blair’s vehicle.  Light and moderate damage was noted.
