On 5 Sept 2023 we reported that Deputy Norris began an investigation on 31 Aug 2023 when he responded to the Dollar General, Lowell, OH. The Dollar General had another theft/shoplifting incident where over $27 worth of merchandise was stolen. This was just one of the many thefts they had at their business in that time frame.
