14 Sept a request for assistance from MMH on a subject that left the ER.  Subject was located by Marietta PD.

14 Sept a loud music party was reported in Grandview Township.  Call back stated to disregard, the music had been turned down.

14 Sept a suspicious vehicle at a business was checked.  No foul play.

14 Sept a report of threats/harassment between individuals was reported.  Both subjects advised to cease and desist or charges could be filed.

14 Sept a report of suspicious property was made.  Deputy located the property and returned some to the owner and some was discarded.

14 Sept a deputy stopped to check a suspicious vehicle in Warren Township.  Subject had stopped to use the telephone.

14 Sept a deputy responded to Belpre Township to a report of a subject asleep in a car at a business parking lot.  Subject was gone upon law enforcement arriving in the area. 

14 Sept a deputy responded to Waterford Township to a report of an unruly child.  The child was counseled on his/her behavior. 

14 Sept a welfare check was made on a subject in Barlow.  Medical attention was given to the subject.

14 Sept a report of someone known to a resident coming into their home when they are away.  Subjects were advised of their options.

14 Sept 2023 six 911 hang up calls were received.  

14 Sept 2023 deputies patrolled school zones, served/attempted numerous civil papers and warrants, as well as completed residence checks and/or extra patrol requests.

14 Sept 2023 deputies issued written and/or verbal warnings for the following traffic violations:  passing on double yellow lines, marked lanes and driving habits.

The following individual(s) were processed into the Washington County Jail 14 Sept 2023:

Daryl Ralph Lichtenwalter, age 42, Canton, OH, theft, a felony.

Rodney Duane Shriver, age 33, Nelsonville, OH, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of fentanyl, both felonies.

Dustin Bradley Whipkey, age 39, Lowell, OH, probation violation, a felony.

Kristina Dawn Kirkbride, age 45, Williamstown, WV, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of fentanyl, both felonies, and contempt of court,  2 counts, both misdemeanors.

Damion Lamare Way, age 23, Parkersburg, WV, obstructing official business, a misdemeanor.

There are currently 19 women and 86 men being housed in the Washington County Jail.
