Deputies completed requests for extra patrol and residence checks throughout the day and night, checking vehicles at businesses, etc. to ensure no criminal activity.
A deputy responded to Fearing Township to a report of juveniles tossing toilet paper on the property. This was found to be a school prank. The juveniles were to clean up the paper.
A deputy responded to Dunham Township to an alarm. No foul play, alarm was accidental.
A subject wanted on an outstanding warrant reported to WCSO Jail to turn himself in.
A deputy responded to Newport Township to a report of a dog killing a calf. This information will be added to a previous report of the same dog.
A deputy assisted at the scene of a 3 car accident in Adams. Township. Also on scene was the Beverly Waterford Squad, and the Lowell Adams Fire Department. The Ohio State Highway Patrol is handling the investigation.
A deputy assisted a Marietta Township resident in reference to the eviction process and civil action.
A deputy responded to Muskingum Township to meet with an individual who had been bitten by a dog. The information was forwarded to the dog warden.
A deputy responded to a report of a subject trespassing and refusing to leave the property. Subject eventually left. No criminal activity.
A deputy conducted a warrant attempt in Dunham Township and made contact with the subject. The subject was transported to the Washington County Jail.
A deputy assisted in Barlow Township in reference to a subject in a vehicle. The subject was found to be okay, the vehicle broke down.
Deputies responded to Wesley Township in reference to possible trespassers. No one was located on the property.
Deputies met with a subject in Salem Township in reference to funds removed from his personal property. This was determined to be a civil matter.
A deputy checked on vehicles parked at a business in Pioneer Township as possibly suspicious. No criminal activity observed.
A deputy responded to Warren Township in reference to gunshots in the area. Verbal/written warnings were issued for window tint, improper display, speed, expired registration, and marked lane violations.
Three 911 hang up calls were received. One call was forwarded to the Marietta PD for the Marietta Fire Department, one was transferred to Noble County, and assistance was given to the other caller.

A deputy responded to Newport Township to a report of disorderly conduct. Subjects were advised of their options. A deputy checked a subject riding a bicycle in the early morning hours.
Deputies and the Warren Fire Department Squad completed a welfare check in Warren Township.
Deputies and the Beverly Waterford VFD Squad responded to Waterford Township to a subject needing assistance.
A deputy patrolled Warren Township in reference to loud booms that had been heard in the past few days/weeks. The sound was coming from subjects using water cannons.
A deputy responded to Marietta Township in reference to a vehicle parked on private property for 2 weeks. The homeowner was advised of their options.
A deputy observed a vehicle in the roadway in Dunham Township. The vehicle was removed and subject warned of possible charges in the future.
A deputy responded to Grandview Township to a report of trespassers at a cometary. Subjects were advised not to return to the property.
A deputy responded to HSOV to place a K9 inside that had been dropped off.
A deputy responded to Marietta Township in reference to gunshots/explosions in the area. Nothing located.
Deputies along with the Reno VFD assisted the Ohio State Patrol in searching for a missing subject. The subject was located safe.
Deputies checked suspicious vehicles parked at a storage facility in Warren Township in the late hours. No subjects were around, no criminal activity observed at the time.
Five 911 hang up calls were received. One call was transferred to Pleasants County, and all other calls were verified as accidental. Verbal/written warnings were issued for speed, no tail lights, and marked lane violations.

Deputies conducted residence checks, business checks and patrolled the county throughout the day and night.
A deputy responded to Warren Township to a business with a suspicious vehicle parked at the gate. No criminal activity.
A deputy checked on a suspicious vehicle in Watertown Township. A note was found on the vehicle stating it had broken down, subject will pick up later.
A check was made at the Waterford Fairgrounds in reference to lights on in the early morning hours.
A deputy responded to Grandview Township in reference to disorderly conduct. All subjects were advised in reference to further calls.
A deputy checked a vehicle in the roadway in Blennerhassett Township. Vehicle broke down and a tow truck was on its way to remove it from the roadway.
Deputies stopped in Belpre Township reference a disabled vehicle with a flat tire. The driver was assisted in changing the tire, she was on her way.
A deputy was requested in Grandview Township in reference to a suspicious vehicle. No criminal activity observed.
A deputy responded to Marietta Township in reference to horses at a residence.
A deputy was requested in Muskingum Township in reference to fireworks.
Deputies responded to assist the Marietta PD regarding a female in custody.
A deputy recovered a Watertown Township sign and returned to the Township.
Verbal/written warnings were issued for speed, expired registration, improper display and marked lane violations.

Thayaparan NMN Nadarajah, age 57, Marietta, OH, domestic violence, a misdemeanor.
Elon Elijah Scott Mackey, age 21, Belpre, OH, domestic violence, a misdemeanor.
Skyler Michael Paul, age 30, Marietta, OH, parole violation, a felony.
Justin Tyler Gibbs, age 31, Marietta, OH, theft of a motor vehicle, a felony.
There are currently 21 women and 87 men being housed in the Washington County Jail.
