On 12 Dec 2022 Deputy Davis responded to 310 Rummer Road, Warren Township, to a report of Allen Malcomb and Kimberly Middy fighting.  It was reported that the two were only arguing, and speaking loudly.  It was determined Kimberly Marie Middy, age 36, and Allen Wayne Malcomb, age 38, would be summoned into court on a charge of disorderly conduct.

On 13 Dec 2022 Deputy Aultman located Austin Barnhart, age 24, Belpre, OH, and placed him under arrest on an Ohio State Highway Patrol warrant.

The following subject(s) were processed into the Washington County Jail 15 Dec 2022:

Zavion Bryce McCallister, age 19, Akron, OH, possession of drugs, a misdemeanor.

Hanah Elizabeth Clark, age 23, Marietta, OH, breach of recognizance, no operator’s license, stop sign violation, all misdemeanors.

Dustin Bradley Whipkey, age 38, Lowell, OH, probation violation, a felony.

Daulton Steven Self, age 35, Belpre, OH, breach of recognizance and aggravated possession of drugs, both felonies.

Anthony Ray Hart, age 42, Beverly, OH, probation violation, a felony, theft and contempt of court, both misdemeanors.

There are currently 15 women and 90 men being housed in the Washington County Jail.
