On 10 Dec 2022 Deputy Huffer observed a vehicle commonly driven by Lindsey Tornes parked at a residence on State Route 676, Warren Township, where she is known to reside.  An active warrant for Tornes on a charge of probation violation on possession of drugs was known to be on file.  Deputy Huffer observed Tornes inside the garage and contact was made with her and she was placed under arrest.  Tornes was asked if she had anything illegal on her person to which she replied “I’m not sure”.  Lindsey Mae Tornes, age 32, 20925 State Route 676, Marietta, OH, was transported to the Washington County Jail on the warrant.  Once at the jail Tornes was again asked if she had anything on her person that she should not.  Tornes responded “I believe there is a syringe in my bra”.
