On 3 Oct 2022 Sgt. Johnson was made aware of an inmate at the Washington County Jail with an active warrant from Jackson County, WV.  Bryce Michael Stacy, age 24, 1624 Hill Street, Belpre, OH, was confirmed as the subject wanted on the warrant for burglary.  Fugitive from justice charges were filed on Stacy and he was processed into the jail.

On 3 Oct 2022 Deputy Stillson was dispatched to 26951 State Route 7, to a report of Randal Nalle harassing Bonnie Kerns.  Contact was made with Kerns who stated she was at her storage unit when a male began looking inside her unit.  Kerns asked the male what he was doing and he became angry and used profanity towards her.  The male, Nalle, stated he was on the phone and was walking to a friend’s home nearby.  Nalle stated he waved at his friend and Kerns started yelling and using profanity and obscene gestures towards him.  Nalle, age 53, 116 Walker Street, Marietta, OH, and Kerns, age 66, 1411 N.  Bradford Street, Upshur, TX, will both be summoned into Marietta Municipal Court on charges of disorderly conduct.

On/or about 3 Oct 2022 Washington County Jail personnel discovered an active warrant out of the Commonwealth of Virginia for inmate Marcus Rogers Holloway, 1012 Mayle Ridge Road, Cutler, OH.  The information provided at the time of booking was checked with the warrant information finding Holloway to be the subject wanted out of VA.   A charge of fugitive from justice was filed on Holloway through Marietta Municipal Court.

On 4 Oct 2022 Deputy Stillson was dispatched to Summit Drive, Marietta Township, in reference to a subject entering a home without permission.  Contact was made with Shane Dee Burchett who stated he was there to check his belongings.  Burchett, age 47, was advised reference to a court order and was placed under arrest, charged with burglary and criminal trespassing.   Burchett was processed into the Washington County Jail.

Kristin Nicole Dutcher, age 39, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Leroy Gerald Everett Best, age 40, Marietta, OH, assault and breach of recognizance, both misdemeanors.

Anthony Brian Klintworth, II, age 33, Zanesville, OH, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse and possession of drugs, both felonies.

Matthew Charles Berga, age 25, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a felony.

Michael Edward Grayson, age 34, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Matthew Gene Schaffer, age 43, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Michael Edward Clinton Thompson, age 35, Madison, WI, driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs and no turn signal, both misdemeanors.

Christopher Edward Sowers, II, age 20, Williamstown, WV, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, carrying a concealed weapon, both felonies, carrying a concealed weapon failure to inform law enforcement, possession of drugs, and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.

Phillip Dale West, Jr., age 35, Parkersburg, WV, abusing harmful intoxicants, a felony.
