On 13 Sept 2022 Deputy Harlow began an investigation into subjects being disorderly.

On 13 Sept 2022 Deputy Gainer began an investigation into a scam/financial in Warren Township.

On 14 Sept 2022 Deputy Derkin began an investigation in Adams Township regarding animals running at large.

On/or about 14 Sept 2022 inmate David C. Wine was found to have an active warrant out of the state of West Virginia. David Carl Wine, age 43, 742 Holts Run Road, Glenville, WV, was confirmed as the wanted individual through the information he provided at booking. The warrant out of Gilmer County, WV, was issued for persons prohibited from possessing firearms and persons prohibited from possessing concealed firearms.  Wine was charged with being a fugitive from justice.

On 14 Sept 2022 Deputy Aultman began an investigation into a wallet being stolen and the contents being utilized.  The victim did not wish to pursue charges.

On 14 Sept 2022 Deputy Harlow was sitting stationary in the 21000-B of State Route 676, Warren Township, when he observed a vehicle leave the school parking lot, travel northbound on State Route 676 at a high rate of speed through the active school zone.  A traffic stop was conducted and a citation was issued to the juvenile for travelling 42 mph in a posted 20 mph zone. 

On 14 Sept 2022 Lt. Parks began an investigation in Muskingum Township in regards to a possible break in. 

On 14 Sept 2022 information was received regarding “Larry Joy’s dogs”.  3 photographs were provided of 2 different dogs belonging to Larry Joy. The photographs were time stamped with August 6, August 16, and September 12, 2022.  Larry Joy, age 59, 1220 East Branch Road, Adams Township, Lowell, OH, will be summoned into jail on a charge of animals at large.

On 15 Sept 2022 Deputy Young responded to the Lowell Dollar General, Adams Township, to a report of an unknown male leaving the store without paying for items. 

There are currently 24 women and 92 men being housed in the Washington County Jail.
