On 13 Sept 2022 Sgt. McConnell responded to Robinson Hill Road in reference to a domestic violence incident.  The victim had visible injuries to her face and neck.  Bobbee Jo Haynes had been in a verbal argument with the victim.   The argument escalated to Haynes striking the victim and scratching her.  Haynes proceeded to bite her on the right leg.  Haynes then fled the scene.  A warrant was requested through Marietta Municipal Court and issued for Bobbee Jo Haynes, age 38, 924 Robinson Hill Road, Marietta, OH, for domestic violence.

On 13 Sept 2022 Deputy Davis began an investigation in Warren Township in reference to a vehicle entered and item(s) stolen.

Jason Lee Strickler, age 43, Newport, OH, fugitive from justice, a misdemeanor.

Arius Dewayne Jackson, age 31, Parkersburg, WV, domestic violence 2 counts, both misdemeanors (Stark County).

Chelsea Marie Curry, age 33, Newport, OH, fugitive from justice, a misdemeanor.

There are currently 21 women and 85 men being housed in the Washington County Jail.
