On 1 Sept 2022 Deputy Harlow began an investigation in Warren Township in reference to a juvenile menacing another juvenile.  Charges were filed on the juvenile for aggravated menacing.

On 5 Sept 2022 Deputy Young began an investigation into a juvenile being unruly/delinquent.  Charges were filed on the juvenile in Marietta Township.

The following subject(s) were processed into the Washington County Jail 7 Sept 2022:

John Robert Churchill, age 41, Lakewood, NY, OVI, driving under the influence and failure to control, all misdemeanors.

Edward Lee Owens, age 47, Salem, OH, failure to stop after an accident, a misdemeanor.

Robert Edward Carpenter, Jr., age 22, theft of drugs, a felony.

Stoney Ryan Day, age 41, Racine, OH, having physical control of vehicle while under the influence, a misdemeanor.

Dillon Shane Ankrom, age 21, Lowell, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

There are currently 23 women and 83 men being housed in the Washington County Jail.
