Baxter Lee Grimes, age 45, New Matamoras, OH, parole violation, a felony

Velinda Kay Mantz, age 44, New Matamoras, OH, theft, a misdemeanor.

David Eric West, age 40, Parkersburg, WV, aggravated possession of drugs and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, both felonies.

Gary Lee Riel, age 47, Beverly, OH, breach of recognizance, resisting arrest, inducing panic, theft and 2 counts disorderly conduct, all misdemeanors.

There are currently 23 women and 80 men being housed in the Washington County Jail.
