The vehicle, a maroon 4-door sedan, came across the Corridor Bridge toward Belpre and onto State Route 7 north.  The driver continued on State Route 7 north at a high rate of speed (120 mph) refusing to come to a stop.  The driver continued on exiting at Virginia Street and proceeding to State Route 550 west.  Officers continued on State Route 550 west and a license plate was visible to deputies.  A check of the plate revealed the owner to be Malachi I.
