On 11 Jul 2022 Deputy Dolly began an investigation into a catalytic converter being removed from a vehicle at Clayton Homes, Dunham Township.
On 14 Jul 2022 Lt. Johnson was stationary on the Ohio side of the Memorial Bridge, City of Belpre, observing traffic in a work zone. Two separate incidents were observed where the vehicles did not slow to stop for the red light and continued on through the red light. Citations were issued to Belynda S Freeman, 350 Kyle Farm Lane, Waverly, WV, and Linda Ruble, Coolville, OH, for operation off street or highway in willful or wanton disregard of the safety of persons or property.
On 15 Jul 2022 Lt. Gherke completed fugitive from justice charges on WCJ inmate Shannah Marie Turpin, 115 N. Hart Street, Apt. 3, Marietta, OH, for a warrant out of Pleasants County, WV.
On 15 Jul 2022 deputies responded to Sheets Road, Wesley Township, to a domestic disturbance. It was reported that Nakuma Mayle was moving out of the residence when an argument began. Mayle had held the victim up against the cabinets, with her swinging her hands in an attempt to get away. Mayle returned to the residence and deputies continued the investigation. Nakuma E. Mayle, age 44, Stockport, OH, was placed under arrest for domestic violence and transported to the Washington County Jail.

Iesha Rachelle Mcfadden, age 26, Marietta, OH, contempt, a felony, breach of recognizance and possessing drug abuse instruments, both misdemeanors.
Derek Allen Harris, age 33, Parkersburg, WV, theft and breach of recognizance both misdemeanors.
Jesse Clinton Farmer, age 25, Marietta, OH, disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.
There are currently 20 female inmates and 84 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
