Deputies Do Their Part In Blood Drive

This week the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Employees partnered with the American Red Cross to host a blood drive.

Deputies and other WCSO employees joined the blood drive to do their part. A total of 22 units of blood were obtained.

The need for blood is constant and only volunteer donors can fulfill that need for patients in our community. Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood every 2 to 3 seconds and most of us will need blood in our lifetime.

Thank you to the American Red Cross for this wonderful program!

Anyone can give blood and here is a link to set up an appointment today.
