On 13 Apr 2022 Deputy Kehl responded to the 4000 block of County Road 9 in Newport Township. A citizen had located a bicycle and a bag in the area, by the creek. A photo of the bicycle is not provided, please identify by make/model, color, or any distinguishing features.
