On 7 Apr 2022 Deputy Davis began an investigation in Palmer Township regarding license plates being stolen from a vehicle.

Tyler James Wittenbrook, age 21, Marietta, OH, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a felony, OVI, using weapons while intoxicated, open container and aggravated menacing, all misdemeanors.
