Charles Raymond Cody Miller, age 26, Marietta, OH, 2 counts failure to comply with order or signal of peace officer, possession of fentanyl, felonious assault, 2 counts receiving stolen property, all felonies, breach of recognizance, possessing drug abuse instruments, and obstructing official business, all misdemeanors.

Frederick Gale McKitrick, age 40, Reno, OH, 2 counts driving under suspension, contempt of court, theft, and criminal mischief, theft, breaking and entering, and domestic violence, all felonies.

Daniel Ray Folmer, age 49, Pomeroy, OH, driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs and driving under OVI suspension, both misdemeanors.

Taylor Nichole Obrien, age 24, Marietta, OH, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drugs, both felonies.
