On 5 Apr 2022 Deputy Tullius began an investigation in Dunham Township regarding a vehicle being entered and items removed.
On 5 Apr 2022 Sgt. Brown began an investigation into counterfeit money being passed in Belpre Township.
On 5 Apr 2022 Deputy Stillson was dispatched to 26960 State Route 7, Marietta Township, Par Mar Store, to a report of approximately $3,500.00 stolen from a coin machine in the laundry mat. Employees detected the laundry machines were becoming shorter on change and bills than usual. Reviewing security footage, a male and female were observed entering the laundry mat. The female is shown walking to the machine and accessing the inside, indicating she has a key. Employees believed the female to be Erica J. Arbaugh, a former manager. A summons is being requested through Marietta Municipal Court for Arbaugh, 1660 Finkle Hill Road, Beverly, OH, on a charge of tampering with a coin machine and theft.
On 5 Apr 2022 Deputy Tullius responded to Wesley Township to a burglary complaint. The homeowner stated they woke to find Shanda Renee Young had entered the home without permission. A warrant was requested for Young, 307 N. Fourth Street, Coshocton, OH, on a burglary charge.
On 6 Apr 2022 Sgt. Schwendeman began an investigation into a theft in Muskingum Township.

George Edward Fonner, IV, age 53, Parkersburg, WV, contempt of court, 2 counts.
Linda Elizabeth Slonaker, age 39, New Matamoras, OH, obstructing official business, and receiving stolen property, both felonies.
Stephen William Gill, age 67, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.
There are currently 19 female inmates and 70 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
