On 8 Mar 2022 Agents with the Major Crimes Task Force conducted a search warrant at an establishment in Pioneer Township arresting two subjects for possession of heroin and methamphetamine.

On 8 Mar 2022 Agents conducted a search in reference to Christopher Streight and Heather Wagner being in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Agents met with Wagner and Streight as they were leaving and both subjects were advised of the search warrant.  Agents observed a drug scales laying on the bed in plain view.  

Straight advised Agents there were several syringes in the room and believed there was about a ball of heroin and some meth. Streight stated that the “dope” did not belong to him and belonged to someone he had made leave the day previous. 

Agents conducted the search, including a vehicle, and collected 11.23 grams of heroin and 15.44 grams of methamphetamine. Agents also located multiple sets of digital scales, syringes, baggies, a handgun and over $1,000 in currency.  

As a result, Christopher Allen Streight, 36, 221 S Sixth Street, Marietta, OH, was charged with possession of heroin, a felony of the 2nd degree and possession of methamphetamine, a felony of the 2nd degree, and processed into the Washington County Jail. 

Heather Lee Wagner, 46, 809 Gilman Avenue, Marietta, OH, was charged with possession of heroin, a felony of the 2nd degree and possession of methamphetamine, a felony of the 2nd degree, and processed into the Washington County Jail.

Both Wagner and Streight appeared before Marietta Municipal Court on 9 Mar 2022.
