MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 10
  inches.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio and central, northeast and
  northern West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 9 AM Sunday to 1 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
