On 30 Dec 2021 Deputy Tullius responded to 600 Main Street, Waterford Township, to a report of a domestic incident. It was reported that Tyler Boothby had placed his hands on the victim, and caused physical harm to her. After completing the investigation it was determined that Tyler James Boothby, age 28, 144 Washington Street, Waterford, OH, would be placed under arrest and charged with domestic violence. After being in custody Boothby was found to be in possession of a snorting straw and plastic baggie with residue. Boothby was transported to the Washington County Jail and also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Richard Curtis Decker, III, 31, Watertown, OH, abduction, 3 counts, trespassing, all felonies, probation violation, 2 counts endangering children and domestic violence, all misdemeanors.
Devonne NMN Curtis, 62, disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.
James Travis Layne, 37, Belpre, OH, trespass, a felony, and criminal trespass, a misdemeanor.
Ashley Nicole Mayle, 31, Marietta, OH, corrupting another with drugs, 4 counts, and tampering with evidence, all felonies.
There are currently 14 female inmates and 72 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
