On 5 Dec 2021 deputies responded to Muskingum Township to a report of multiple family members fighting. Once on scene deputies identified the parties involved to be Anita Collins, Thomas Collins, Kylie McKnight, and Shaine McKnight. After completing the investigation summons from Marietta Municipal Court were requested for the following individuals on a charge of disorderly conduct.  Anita Michelle Collins, age 54, 8500 SR 60, Lowell, OH;  Kylie Elizabeth McKnight, age 32, 902 Warren Street, Marietta, OH; Shaine Dee McKnight, age 32, 902 Warren Street, Marietta, OH; and Thomas Edgar Collins, age 54, 8500 SR 60, Lowell, OH.

On 7 Dec 2021 Deputy Aultman responded to the Washington County Jail to conduct an investigation into drugs and/or contraband being taken onto the grounds.  After completing the investigation a charge of conveying onto the grounds of a detention facility, any drug of abuse, was filed on William David Richards, age 32, 101 Theiss Avenue Lot 6, Marietta, OH.

On 7 Dec 2021 Deputy Wallace was dispatched to Oakmont Drive, Dunham Township, to an incident involving Kyle Hamrick.   Hamrick had left the area prior to Deputy Wallace arriving.  After completing the investigation and a second call back to the residence, it was determined that Kyle Wesley Hamrick, age 32, Belpre, OH, would be placed under arrest and charged with domestic violence.  Hamrick was transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.

On 8 Dec 2021 Deputy Martin completed a private property accident report on Shamrock Drive where a vehicle struck a garage and left the scene.  This case remains under investigation.

Rebecca Dawn Sparks, 38, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Jacob Scott Butler, 24, Belpre, OH, OVI, a misdemeanor.

William Edward Bartges, 48, Belpre, OH, domestic violence and disrupting public service, both felonies.

Richard Steven Bohl, 28, Stockport, OH, domestic violence and aggravated menacing, both misdemeanors.

Gary Lee Riel, 46, homeless, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and breach of recognizance, all misdemeanors.

Rivierra Danielle Ryan, 31, Marietta, OH, fugitive from justice, a felony, Jackson County.

There are currently 9 female inmates and 73 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
