On 27 Nov 2021 Deputy Painter was on patrol and observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed.  A citation was issued to Gracie M. Graham, Parkersburg, WV, for 80 mph in a 60 mph zone. 

On 28 Nov 2021 deputies were dispatched to Mitchells Lane, Marietta Township to a report of Grant Plemons striking a window of a vehicle as well as taking a phone away from the victim.  An argument occurred between Plemons and the victim, with Plemons attempting to stop the victim from leaving.  Plemons admitted to having the argument, and downplayed the incident.  Grant Plemons, 415 Mount Tom Pines Road, Marietta, OH, was placed under arrest and charged with domestic violence and disrupting public services.  Plemons was processed at the Washington County Jail.

On 28 Nov 2021 Deputy Painter was on patrol in Belpre Township and observed two separate vehicles traveling at a high rate of speed.  A citation was issued to Jacqueline K. Poole, Belpre, OH, for 75 mph in a 60 mph zone, and Lucas G. Mugica, Kissimmee, FL, for 78 mph in a 60 mph zone.

On 29 Nov 2021 Deputy Painter was dispatched to Beach Drive, Belpre Township, to a report involving Catlin Blair.  Blair was outside a camper, banging on the door.  After completing the investigation Catlin Ryan Blair, age 30, Belpre, OH, was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Jail on a charge of domestic violence.

George Edward McAtee Jr., 46, Marietta, OH, theft and domestic violence, both misdemeanors.

There are currently 11 female inmates and 60 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
