On 19 Nov 2021 Deputy Tullius began an investigation into stolen medication. 

On 21 Nov 2021 Deputy Stillson began an investigation into a stolen Jay Flight model 33RLDS pull behind camper from Marietta Township.  This case remains under investigation.

On 21 Nov 2021 deputies responded to 687 Wynncrest Drive, Warren Township, to a report of David Wriston refusing to leave this address and having several warrants for his arrest. Wriston was located and arrested on his warrants. Wriston advised he had a bag of “Dabs” in his pants pocket.  Deputies located and removed a small clear baggie containing a crystalline substance. The baggie with the crystalline substance weighed 0.44g,  David Wayne Wriston, 37, 687 Wynncrest Drive, Marietta, OH, was placed under arrest and charged with possession of drugs. 

On 21 Nov 2021 Lt. Parks began an investigation into a trespassing complaint in Belpre Township.

The following subject(s) were processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Nov 2021:

Barbara Ann Moore, 53, Cambridge, OH, possession of drugs, a felony,  unauthorized use of motor vehicle and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

Dominick Allan Hall, 29, Waverly, WV, domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

Garland Anthony Ritchey, 44, Parkersburg, WV, domestic violence, a felony.

There are currently 9 female inmates and 58 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
