On 18 Oct 2021 Deputy Stillman began an investigation into a business check that was cashed fraudulently. This case remains under investigation.
On 20 Oct 2021 Deputy Peters was dispatched to 318 3rd Street, Adams Township, to assist the Adult Parole Authority, as well as investigating a possible domestic incident. It was reported that the victim had bruising all over her body and Patrick Worstell was being arrested for a parole violation. The victim advises the previous night Worstell smacked her in the face and held her down, choking her. Worstell also made comments of killing her and others. Patrick Dean Worstell, age 37, 318 3rd Street, Lowell, OH, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and transported to the Washington County Jail.
On 20 Oct 2021 Sgt. McConnell responded to 570 Main Street, Waterford Township to a possibly burglary where a television was stolen. This case remains under investigation.
On 20 Oct 2021 Deputy Reynolds began an investigation into some damaging done at the Warren High School, as well as an unruly student. These cases remain under investigation.
On 21 Oct 2021 deputies responded to a call in Belpre Township regarding a trespassing complaint. After completing the investigation Deputy Tullius issued a citation to Davis S. Wiggers, age 59, 35 Ridgewood Blvd., Belpre, OH, on a charge of disorderly conduct.
On 21 Oct 2021 Deputy Tullius began an investigation into a trespassing complaint in Belpre Township. This case remains under investigation.
On 22 Oct 2021 Deputy Martin was dispatched to Barlow Township in reference to the theft of catalytic converters. This case remain sunder invesigation.

William Raymond Harris, age 54, Marietta, OH, domestic violence, a misdemeanor.
Jason Matthew Rinehart, age 27, Malta, OH, domestic violence and aggravated trespassing, both misdemeanors.
Wayne Alan Smith, age 56, New Matamoras, OH, domestic violence, 2 counts, both misdemeanors.
There are currently 8 female inmates and 60 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
