Caleb James Clemens, age 30, McConnelsville, OH, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and corrupting another with drugs, both felonies.

Scott Alan Hickman, age 49, Waterford, OH, aggravated murder 4 counts, and murder 2 counts,  all felonies.

There are currently 8 female inmates and 61 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
