On 11 Aug 2021 Deputy Painter was patrolling SR 7 and SR 339 and issued citations to Rylee D Campbell, Cambridge, OH, speed 73 mph in a 60 mph zone, and Steven Acker, Vincent, OH, speed 77  mph in a 60 mph zone.

On 12 Aug 2021 Deputy Peters began an investigation into a fraudulent text being sent regarding the individual’s local bank.  This case remains under investigation.

On 13 Aug 2021 Deputy Stillson began an investigation in Waterford regarding a lock on a storage buildings being tampered with/removed.  This case remains under investigation.

On 13 Aug 2021 Deputy Gainer began an investigation into a theft of equipment, Carson Lane, Belpre, OH.  This case remains  under investigation.

On 15 Aug 2021 Deputy Gainer began an investigation in reference to tools being stolen from Loren Shield’s property.  This case remains under investigation.

Jared Scott Shook, age 31, Marietta, OH, assault, a misdemeanor.

Linda Elizabeth Slonaker, age 38, New Matamoras, OH, obstructing official business, a felony, driving under suspension, reckless operation, theft and contempt of court, all misdemeanors.

Cory Douglas Conner, age 38, Stockport, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Diana Jane Niswonger, age 56, Marietta, OH, theft, a misdemeanor.

Dawn Marie Pugh, age 46, homeless, grand theft auto, a felony.

Juanita Jo Baker, age 41, Beverly, OH, no operator’s license and expired plates, both misdemeanors.

Marcus Allan Brown, age 26, Belpre, OH, theft, having weapons while intoxicated and receiving stolen property, breaking and entering and possessing criminal tools, all felonies.
