On 25 Jul 2021 Sgt. Schwendeman responded to Cedarbark Apartments, 10 Browns Road, Marietta, Ohio, in reference to a suspicious male on the property. The male was described as a tall black male, who had been bothering the tenants. The management had advised the subject to leave the property and not to return. Deputies were advised that the subject was believed to be Willie Nash, and that he was believed to be intoxicated. Sgt. Schwendeman was able to confirm Nash was inside an apartment.
