Edward Joseph Milam, age 43,  probation violation, a felony.

Dale Joseph Mincks, age 31, burglary, a felony.

Robert Edward Carpenter, Sr. age 47, contempt of court, receiving stolen property, grand theft auto, vandalism, and aggravated possession of drugs, all felonies, criminal damaging, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespassing, all misdemeanors.

There are currently 25 female inmates and 99 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
