On 1 Jun 2021 Deputy Tornes responded to 1220 East Branch Road, Lowell, OH, in reference to a complaint of Larry Joy’s dog going onto a neighbor’s property. The incidents occurred 26 May, 30 May and 31 May 2021. Joy advised the dog will pull loose from the restraint. A summons is being requested for Larry G. Joy, age 58, for animals at large.
On 2 Jun 2021 Sgt. Johnson began an investigation into theft from an elderly subject. This case remains under investigation.
On 3 Jun 2021 Sgt. Johnson responded to Drayer Trucking, 20470 State Route 60, Beverly, Ohio, to a trespassing complaint. It was reported that Jessica Strode had walked up to the garage and was stopped before she got into an employee’s vehicle. She was told to leave the property, however she attempted to get into another vehicle. Strode then left the property. Contact with Strode was attempted, however she would not answer the door. A summons is being requested for Jessica Fawn Strode, age 36, 600 Ullman Street, Beverly, OH, on a charge of trespassing.
On 3 Jun 2021 Lt. Hunter investigated the violation of a protection order. After completing the investigation Haley Ashton Jett, age 29, 171 Millbranch Road, Belpre, OH, was charged with violating a protection order.
On 4 Jun 2021 Deputy Martin responded to Dunham Township in reference to a 6×8 foot utility trailer being stolen. This case remains under investigation.
On 4 Jun 2021 Lt. Parks responded to Waterford Township where a squad had been requested for a male subject. Lt. Parks observed Malcolm Hinton on the ground. Information was received that Hinton had been drinking this evening. Charges for underage consumption were filed on Malcolm Parker Hinton, age 19, Waterford, OH. Hinton was transported to the Washington County Jail.
On 6 Jun 2021 deputies were attempting to apprehend a subject in the Wesley Township area. A vehicle in the area was observed possibly turning around in a driveway. Deputies made contact at the vehicle and met with John Russell Bonnette, the driver. Deputies observed the inside of the vehicle to ensure the wanted individual was not inside. Located in plain view was a bag containing marijuana. While completing the search hand guns were found on the front seat. Bonnette, age 38, was placed under arrest and charged with 2 counts of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs.

Ernest Edward Dilley, age 58, Zanesville, OH, OVI, driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs .17 of 1 gram or more, no operator, assured clear distance, and no seatbelt, all misdemeanors.
Kevin Andrew Williams, age 33, New Matamoras, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.
Amber Lee Haught, age 36, Belpre, OH, possession of drugs, a misdemeanor.
Malcolm Parker Hinton, age 19, Waterford, OH, alcohol underage of 21, a misdemeanor.
Barriman Lee Bell, age 35, Cambridge, OH, theft without consent, a misdemeanor.
Alison Jo Andermanis, age 22, Belpre, OH, disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.
Kristofer Robert Layne Eye, age 37, Lower Salem, OH, criminal damaging and menacing, both misdemeanors.
Tyler Patrick Austin, age 27, Marietta, OH, using weapons while intoxicated, endangering children, 3 counts, all misdemeanors.
Goround Ali Sasay, age 22, Akron, OH, assault, resisting arrest, and 2 counts obstructing official business, all misdemeanors.
Joanna Lee Tullius, age 41, Little Hocking, OH, domestic violence, a misdemeanor.
David Wayne Wriston, age 36, Marietta, OH, violate protection order, a misdemeanor.
John Russell Bonnette, age 38, Vincent, OH, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, 2 counts, trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs, all felonies.
