On 4 May 2021 Deputy Tornes began an investigation into trespassing in Macksburg, OH.  This case remains under investigation.

Jacob Samuel Roush, age 26, Vincent, OH, driving under suspension.

Brent Allen Lincicome, age 49, Dexter City, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Shawn Douglas Lewis, age 29, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Darren Michael Mallett, age 21, Zanesville, OH, breaking and entering, a felony, theft, and contempt of court, all misdemeanors.

There are currently 27 female inmates and 90 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
