On 1 May 2021 Deputy Aultman was dispatched to Little Hocking, OH, to a report of Daniel Rohr breaking into an unoccupied residence and removing two laptop computers.  Rohr had broken into the home previously with no charges filed.  Contact was made with Rohr, age 27, 1459 Poplar Avenue, Belpre, OH, who admitted to taking the items.  The items were returned to the victim.  A summons is being requested for Rohr on a charge of theft.

On 4 May 2021 Deputy Martin met on station with a subject who reported he wanted communication to cease between Amy Lee Hudson and himself.  Attempts to contact Hudson met with negative results.   Deputy Martin sent a text message identifying himself as a Deputy Sheriff, in which a female, identifying as Amy Brown, called Deputy Martin.  Hudson was advised not to have any further contact with the subject.  Hudson advised she wanted the items she had purchase for him over the years. Hudson was advised of her options in obtaining the items.  A few minutes later Hudson sent three text messages to the subject, threatening him if she did not receive her items back.  A summons is being requested for Hudson, age 30, 3104 Meadville Road, Davisville, WV, on a charge of telecommunications harassment.   

On 4 May 2021 Deputy Martin was dispatched to 26810 SR 7, Marietta, OH, to a report of a private property crash. 

On 5 May 2021 Deputy Peters began an investigation into vandalism in Lawrence Township.  This case remains under investigation.

On 5 May 2021 Lt Hunter began an investigation into mailboxes damaged on State Route 339, Vincent, OH.  This case remains under investigation.

Candice Dianne Prather, age 37, Parkersburg, WV, aggravated possession of drugs and aggravated trafficking in drugs, both felonies.

Phillip Conrad Hughes, age 35, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Marsha Jenette Bush, age 53, Wheeling, WV, no operator’s license (Belmont County).

Kelci Leann Wise, age 20, Marietta, OH, trafficking in fentanyl, possession of fentanyl and receiving proceeds of an offense subject to forfeiture, all felonies.

Sara Lee Larrimore, age 40, St. Mary’s, WV, burglary, a felony,  and theft, a misdemeanor.

Joseph Dexter Hesson, age 22, Belpre, OH, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, speed, no seatbelt, theft, driving under suspension and driving under suspension FRA, all misdemeanors.

Amber Nicole Mackey, age 38, Parkersburg, WV, contempt of court, theft, both misdemeanors.

There are currently 30 female inmates and 91 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
