On 26 Apr 2021 Deputy Schwendeman took a report that Travis E. Williams, violated a temporary protection order. The order was issued on 2 Mar 2021 and Alvin Biehl was the protected party. The violation occurred on 24 Apr 2021 while he was at work.  Biehl received a call from a phone number of someone known to him.  Williams resoded with that individual and had utilized their phone.  A warrant was requested for Travis E. Williams, age 24, 53287 SR 681, Reedsville, OH, and issued on a charge of violating a protection order.

Jesse Ryan Shafer, age 36, Marietta, OH, receiving stolen property, a misdemeanor, contempt of court, and breach of recognizance, both felonies.

Cora Sue Baker, age 50, Glouster, OH, theft without consent and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

Eric Shawn Owens, age 41, Vincent, OH, petty theft, driving under suspension, endangering children,  and driving while under the influence, all misdemeanors.

John Junior Woods Jr., age 44, Parkersburg, WV, parole violation, a felony.

Karissa Daveen Heddelson, age 30, New Matamoras, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

There are currently 26 female inmates and 85 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
