On 11 Apr 2021 Deputy Gainer responded to 52 St. Andrews Blvd., Belpre, OH, to a report of Ace Staats and Allison Andermanis being involved in a domestic incident, hitting each other. Andermanis advised she had been in a verbal argument with Staats. Andermanis initially denied anything physical took place then stated she might have pushed him. Staats denied anything physical took place however they were hugging after the argument. A summons is being requested for Ace Daniel Staats, age 24, and Allison Jo Andermanis, age 22, on charges of disorderly conduct.
On 11 Apr 2021 Deputy Martin met with Lakyn Secrest at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. Lakyn stated she had been at 101 Cornerstone Drive, Marietta, OH, where she resides with family members and brother, Skyler D. Secrest. Lakyn stated during a family party, Skyler became enraged over the family dog’s behavior and began yelling. Lakyn stated she asked Skyler why he was yelling, at which point Skyler struck Lakyn in the left side of her head with an open hand. After completing the investigation Deputy Martin placed Skyler David Secrest, age 23, under arrest for domestic violence.
On 11 Apr 2021 Deputy Gainer responded to 2686 Tick Ridge Road, Vincent, OH, in reference to a report of Jesse Mayle hit Justin Davis. Deputy Gainer met Justin at the intersection of Tick Ridge Road and Roddy Road. Justin advised they were in a verbal altercation, and Jesse began yelling at Justin telling him he was not going to argue with his daughter in his residence. Justin stated his wife attempted to hold Jesse back when Jesse was able to get around her and punched him in the side of the head. Justin and Jesse then engaged in a physical altercation. Justin stated he restrained Jesse until they both calmed down and separated. Jesse Mayle confirmed Justin was arguing with his daughter. Jesse stated Justin attempted to strike him. Jesse stated he and Justin got into a physical altercation and separated themselves after. Justin and Jesse had no visible injuries. A summons is being requested for Jesse Howard Mayle, Jr., age 43, and Justin Robert Davis, age 25, on charges of disorderly conduct.
On 12 Apr 2021 Deputy Hunter began an investigation into a catalytic converter stolen from Pioneer Pipe. This case remains under investigation.
