James William Radabaugh, age 34, Belleville, WV, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Jay Monice Grayson Jr., age 50, Marietta, OH, disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.

Dustin Trent Roberts, age 39, Cutler, OH,  assault, a misdemeanor.
