OH Organized Crime Investigations Special News Release 10 Feb 2021

An investigation by Agents of the Ohio Organized Crimes Investigations Commission, Washington Monroe Morgan Noble Major Crimes Task Force resulted in multiple arrests in Belpre, Ohio.
On 9 Feb 2021 Agents, along with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office SRT, and Belpre City Police Department, conducted search warrants at three locations in the City of Belpre.  These locations were 814 Moore Avenue, 704 Elm Street and 809 Brentwood Avenue.

Numerous arrests were made, including arrests on active warrants from Ohio and West Virginia, as well as drug charges. 

The following subjects were arrested and the processed on the listed charges.    

Paula Jean Walker, age 34, 812 Moore Street, Belpre, OH, drug paraphernalia (M), obstructing official business (M2), illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (M4), obstructing official business (M) possession of drug abuse instruments (M2), possession of fentanyl (F4), possession of heroin (F5), possession of drugs (F5), driving under suspension, tail light violation, all Belpre PD warrants.

Autumn Christina Wells, age 37, 708B 30th Street, Parkersburg, WV, identity fraud warrant (F5), a felony out of Gallia County, Ohio.

Bobbie Sue Davis, age 36, 19 High Street, Vincent, OH, theft (F4), fugitive from justice (F).

Isaac Kealoha Mausali, age 24, LKA: 1505 Washington Avenue, Parkersburg, WV, (homeless), WV, parole violation (F).

Michael John Lewis, age 31, 812 Moore Avenue, Belpre, OH, permitting drug abuse, (F5).

Jordan Michelle Beebe, age 30, 812 Moore Avenue, Belpre, OH, permitting drug abuse (F5).

Daulton Steven  Self, age 33,  809 Brentwood Avenue, Belpre,  OH, permitting drug abuse and possession of drugs .82 grams methamphetamine, both (F5).

Marcus Allan Brown, age 25, 2025 16th Street, Parkersburg, WV, possession of fentanyl, 3.05 grams (F4).  

Allen Dale Ball, age 39, 704 Elm Street, Belpre, OH,  parole violation (F), possession of drugs (F5), obstructing official business (M2). 

Walker is under $11,000 bond.
Ball is under a $750 bond and no bond from Adult Parole Authority for parole violation.
Self, Beebe, Brown and Lewis were given PR bonds.
Davis is being held without bond on warrants.
Wells is being held without bond on a warrant.
Mausali is being held without bond on a warrant.
