On 30 Nov 2020 a report was made by Deputy Kehl in reference to Christopher Colletti breaking into a salon on Morris Loop Road, Marietta, Ohio.   Colletti allegedly removed a bag containing approximately $100 in change.  Contact was made with Colletti who stated he did enter the salon and did take the bag of change.  A summons is being requested for Colletti, age 32, 227 SE Bell Street, Cleveland, OH, on a charge of theft and criminal trespassing.   

On 30 Nov 2020 Sgt. Carr began an investigation into a theft at the B & E Resources, 19371 State Route 60, Beverly, OH.  This case remains under investigation.

On 1 Dec 2020 Deputy Crum began an investigation into a breaking and entering and theft from Austin Fair, 1543 Woodruff Road, Vincent, OH.  This case remains under investigation.

On 2 Dec 2020 Deputy Gainer began investigations in Barlow, Vincent and Little Hocking, OH, in reference to breaking and entering’s.  These cases remain under investigation.

Robert Justin Wells, age 39, 3491 E. State Route 60, McConnelsville, OH, failure to comply, receiving stolen property and probation violation, all felonies.

David Rogers Spearman, age 69, 53 Allman Street, Beverly, OH, 2 counts driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs .17 of 1 gram or more and failure to reinstate, all misdemeanors.

James Joseph Carpenter, age 60, 413 ½ Third Street, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Fergusson De’Anthony Harris, age 19, 208 ½ 7th Street, Beverly, OH, abandoned junk motor vehicles, a misdemeanor.

Jacob Matthew Gibson, age 24, 614 Elm Street, Belpre, OH, fugitive from justice, a misdemeanor.

Ryan Michael Efaw, age 24, 170 Charles Street, Newport, OH, probation violation, a felony, and domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

Christopher Wayne Vandergrift, age 28 , 30 Hanover Road, Cutler, OH, disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.

Charles Raymond Miller, age 24, 910 Caywood Road, Marietta, OH, fugitive from justice.

There are currently 19 female inmates and 70 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
