The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  North Central Washington County in southeastern Ohio...

* Until 400 AM EDT Friday.

* At 716 PM EDT, With additional rain having fallen today, Duck
  Creek in Washington County is once again going to go back above
  flood stage at Macksburg. The current stage is 12.87 feet, and
  flood stage is 13 feet. At 13 to 15 feet, Broad Street begins to
  flood. Other areas along Duck Creek are likely to be out of its
  banks as well

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Macksburg and Lower Salem.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
