WCSO NEWS RELEASES FOR 10 APR 2020


 

On 4 Apr 2020 Lt. Hunter, Deputy Hall, and the Barlow Volunteer EMS were dispatched to Barth Road, Belpre, OH, to the report of a subject with possible medical issues.  Deputy Hall was continuing the investigation at which time Andrew Hinton became extremely irate with Lt. Hunter for reasons unknown, cursing and challenging him. This behavior prevented Lt. Hunter from assisting the squad personnel.  Hinton was given several verbal warnings to go back inside of the residence, but he refused to do so and continued with his barrage of insults and taunts. At that time Andrew Frederick Hinton, age 41, 1029 Barth Road, Belpre, OH, was arrested for obstructing official business and transported to the Washington County Jail.

On 9 Apr 2020 Deputies Allender and Peters began an investigation and subsequently arrested Jeremy Gene Snyder, age 40, 3547 Tick Ridge Road, Vincent, OH, for domestic violence.  Snyder was transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.

On 9 Apr 2020 Deputies Allender and Peter responded along with the Fearing Volunteer Fire Department to 1259 Hartline Road, Whipple, OH, the Nonnenmacher residence, and the location of Magnum Get Your Shot On.   The report came in that the business was on fire.  The fire was extinguished and this investigation is ongoing. 

On 10 Apr 2020 Deputy Aultman was dispatched to 145 Vickers Road, Marietta, Ohio,  to a report of someone being in the garage apartment. Michelle Frame was located walking outside of the apartment, stating she was gathering her personal belongings, as she lived in the apartment.   Sgt. L Parks and Deputy Aultman met with Helen Venham, the homeowner, who stated Frame had not lived in the apartment for months, and she wanted her to leave.  Frame was met with again and was found to be in possession of a loaded syringe. Also located in Frame’s purse was a spoon with suspected drug residue.  Michelle Marie Frame, age 24, was placed under arrest and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.  Frame was transported to the Washington County Jail. 

The following subject(s) were processed into the Washington County Jail between Thursday 9 Apr 2020 and Friday 10 Apr 2020:

Andrew Fredrick Hinton, age 41, 627 31st Street, Parkersburg, WV, obstructing official business, a misdemeanor.

Jeremy Gene Snyder, age 40, 3547 Tick Ridge Road, Vincent, OH, domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

Michelle Marie Frame, age 24, 145 Vickers Road, Marietta, OH, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, and theft, a felony.

Jacob Dewayne Buck, age 30, 26935 State Route 7, Apt. 6B, Marietta, OH, driving under suspension, a misdemeanor.

There are currently 10 female inmates and 47 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
