On 21 Sep 19 Deputy Hall and Lt. Hunter responded to Warren Township in reference to a domestic violence situation involving a juvenile.  After conducting the investigation it was determined that the juvenile would be taken into custody and charged with delinquency by domestic violence.

On 21 Sep 19 Deputy Hall met with Lexi Parmiter, Barnett Ridge Road, Belpre, OH, in reference to the theft of items.  These items include cash, wallet and contents, keys and phones.  This case remains under investigation.

On 21 Sep 19 Lt. Hunter met with William Sullivan, Mill Branch Road, Belpre, OH, in reference to a theft.  This case remains under investigation.

On 21 Sep 19 Sgt. Parks was dispatched to 1308 Williamson Avenue, Apt. 4D, New Matamoras, OH.  Gloryvette Rosario stated sometime this evening she left her residence for a short time and upon returning noted the Xbox1 game system was missing from the entertainment center where she kept it. Rosario stated earlier this date she was in an argument with Brian Hostutler, who she allowed to stay at her residence for the past 3 weeks.  Neighbors observed Hostutler at the apartment complex and heard him stating he was going to break into Rosario’s residence, but it was not breaking and entering because he lived there.  Hostutler was then observed approaching the residence and climbing through the front window into the apartment.   Hostutler was gone when Rosario returned.  A warrant is being requested for Brian Edward Hostutler, age 30, lka: 225 Main Street, Apt. 6, New Martinsville, WV, on a charge of theft.

On 22 Sep 19 Sgt. Reeder met with Coty Adams, Walnut Drive, Whipple, OH, in reference to damage to a vehicle.  This case remains under investigation.

On 22 Sep 19 approximately 0250 hrs. Deputy White was dispatched to 171 Mill Branch Road, Belpre, OH, to an assault complaint.  Sue Malson stated that Keshawn Gates knocked on the front door at 0230 hrs. asking if her granddaughter was home and if she could take him somewhere.  Malson stated that her granddaughter was tired and for him to leave the property.   Malson stated a verbal argument ensued and she continued to tell Gates to leave the property until finally, her granddaughter decided to take him where he needed to go.   Malson stated that Gates continued to argue with her and at one point got out of the vehicle, grabbed Malson by the hair and threw her to the ground.  Malson then went in the residence and Gates left with her granddaughter.   A warrant is being requested for Keyshawn Darnelle Gates, age 18, 1233 Laffer Avenue, Akron, OH, for assault.

Dustin John Nesdore, age 35, 115 Main Street, Lower Salem, OH, probation violation, 2 counts, both misdemeanors.

Stacy Yvette Lee, age 48, 207 Montgomery Street, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Charles Stanley Fox II, age 48, 104 Washington Street, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Nelson Troy Hartline, age 45, 706 Main Street, New Matamoras, OH,  2 counts of assault on a peace officer, disrupting public service, obstructing official business, all felonies,  and 2 counts of domestic violence, misdemeanors.

Nathan Scott Tewkesbury, age 34, homeless, criminal trespass, theft and breach of recognizance, all misdemeanors.

Edward Leon Merle Davis, age 35, 10 7th Street, Belpre, OH, having weapons while under disability, 3 counts of possession of drugs, all felonies, and speed and driving under OVI suspension, all misdemeanors.

There are currently 18 female inmates and 95 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
