On 14 Jun 19 Deputy Carr completed a private property crash report at the Lowell Dollar General where Wanda A. Hall, Waterford, OH, had parked her 2014 Ford Explorer when a 2016 Freightliner driven by Gary Novak, Geneva, OH, struck the vehicle. Moderate damage was done to Hall’s car.
On 14 Jun 19 Deputy White was dispatched to 95 Oakes Road, Little Hocking, Ohio, in reference to a stolen vehicle report. Charlene Smith brought Morgan Roush to the residence around 1300 hours and at approximately 1730 hours Smith noticed her 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan missing from the driveway. Smith also noted that Roush had left the residence with her vehicle, and did not have permission to take the vehicle. Later in the evening Smith had contact with Roush, and Roush reported being in Pomeroy, Ohio, and was on her way back with the vehicle. Deputies went back to the area to locate Roush, with Sgt. Parks making contact with her at the intersection of Newbury Road and Holdren Road. Roush was given her Miranda Rights and spoke with Deputies. Roush admitted to taking the vehicle without permission. The vehicle was recovered at that location by Smith. Morgan Taylor Roush, age 22, 1387 College Road, Syracuse, OH, was placed under arrest for theft of a motor vehicle, and transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.
On 14 Jun 19 Deputy Carr responded to Salem Township in reference to a juvenile. The child had left the home without permission and a summons is being requested for the child for being unruly through Washington County Juvenile Court.
On 16 Jun 19 Deputy White began an investigation at the storage buildings on Clifton Road, Little Hocking, in reference to a breaking and entering at that location. This case remains under investigation.
On 16 Jun 19 Deputy Hall responded to the storage buildings located at 912 Ferry Street, Beverly, Ohio, to a report of a male and female fighting. The two were identified as Larry Rutter and Angela Campbell. Campbell stated she and Rutter were at the storage building and engaged in a verbal altercation, which turned physical, over property stored in the building. Rutter stated he had been trying to obtain his belongings from Campbell’s building and she has refused to let him have them. Rutter stated he was there retrieving his items, when Campbell came running across a field, yelling at him, and “attacking” him. After speaking with both parties the determination was made that they would both be charged with disorderly conduct by fighting. A summons is being requested for Angela Jean Campbell, age 36, 18904 Avery Park Drive, Davison, NC, and Larry D. Rutter, age 46, 20470 SR 60, Beverly, OH, for disorderly conduct by fighting.

Zachary Allen Myers, age 29, 815 Quarry Street, Marietta, OH, aggravated assault; 18 months Orient.
Delbert Daniel Cain, age 43, 100 Simpson Street, Marietta, OH, aggravated trafficking of drugs, 4th degree felony; 12 moths Orient.
Stephen Paul Ritchie, age 49, 6658 Archers Fork Road, New Matamoras, OH, aggravated possession of drugs, 3rd degree felony; 9 months prison, concurrent with Noble County sentence
Jerome Lee Blackwell, age 40, 4809 Emerson Avenue, Parkersburg, WV, carrying a concealed weapons, 4th degree felony; 9 months concurrent with WV sentence.
Brandon Lee Kennedy, age 31, 668 Hill Road, Cutler, OH, retaliation, 3rd degree felony; 9 months Orient.
