On 17 May 19 Deputy Zide responded to Marietta Township in reference to a possible domestic.  In speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded.

On 17 May 19  Deputy McKee responded to 721 Old River Road, Little Hocking, OH, in reference to Weston Hickman being involved in a domestic violence incident. Weston was found standing on the roof of the residence, obviously impaired and talking about demons.  Floyd Hickman stated he came home today because he received a call reference to Weston going crazy in the residence.  Weston had a knife in his hand and lunged at Floyd.  After speaking with all witnesses Weston Charles Hickman, age 26, was placed under arrest for domestic violence and parole violation and was transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.

On 17 May 19 Sgt. Holbert responded to Waterford Township in reference to a possible domestic.  In speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded.

On 17 May 19 Deputy Reynolds was serving civil papers at 223 Maple Street, Belpre, Ohio.  Deputy Reynolds was advised that Lee Charlton was possibly at that location and an active arrest warrant was on file. Charlton was located and during a pat down a small baggie containing a green leafy substance was located.  Lee Anna Charlton, age 36, homeless, was arrested on the warrant for theft, burglary, violating a protection order and domestic violence, and transported to the Washington County Jail. Charges for possession of marijuana were served on Charlton at the Jail.

On 17 May 19 WCSO Communication Center received a panic alarm from the Moore’s Junction Par Mar, 17785 State Route 7, Marietta, OH.  This alarm was coupled with a phone call from the clerk there advising they had an out of control subject in the store that was refusing to leave and was attempting to steal merchandise.  Lt. Hunter and Deputy McKee arrived and encountered the subject, William R. Murphy. Murphy had his pockets loaded with merchandise and was attempting to fill them further as we spoke with him.  William Ray Murphy, age 72, 11121 Veto Road, Belpre, OH, was placed under arrest for theft and transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.

On 19 May 19 Deputy Schwendeman responded to Marietta Township in reference to a possible domestic.  In speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded.

On 19 May 19 Deputy Schwendeman responded to Salem Township in reference to a possible domestic.  In speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded.

On 19 May 19 Frederick Schultheis reported Julie Schultheis came onto the property at 222 Third Street, Lowell, and began yelling at him in regards to the division of property pertaining to a civil case.  Julie told Frederick that he had no protection as no one was at the residence.  Frederick retreated to the garage and Julie followed him, striking him in the chest.  A witness observed Julie in the area and knowing the history stopped to check on Frederick.  Julie Antoinette Schultheis, age 54, 12090 State Route 60, Lowell, OH, was placed under arrest for domestic violence and criminal trespassing and transported to the Washington County Jail.

On 19 May 19 Deputy Schwendeman responded to Dunham Township to a possible domestic incident.  In speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded.

Denise Renae Parker, age 45, 7497 Harris Highway, Washington, WV, theft 2 counts and breach of recognizance, all misdemeanors.

Jessica Fawn Strode, age 34, 600 Ullman Street, Beverly, OH, assault, a misdemeanor.

John David Bigler, age 44, 133 Acme Street, Apt. A, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Lee Anna Charlton, age 36, homeless, theft, burglary, both felonies, violation of a protection order, possession of drugs, and domestic violence, misdemeanors.

William Ray Murphy, age 72, 11121 Veto Road, Belpre, OH, theft, a misdemeanor.

Weston Charles Hickman, age 26, 721 Old River Road, Little Hocking, OH, parole violation, a felony and domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

Tessa Ann Blair, age 26, homeless, probation violation and parole violation, both felonies.

Bryanna Michel Sabatino, age 33, 826 Ashby Ridge Road, Parkersburg, WV, disorderly conduct, breach of recognizance, OVI, driving under suspension, driving in the wrong direction and no seatbelt, all misdemeanors.

Andrew Michelle Lohoefener, age 32, 415 Barber Street, Marietta, OH, domestic violence 2 counts and endangering children, all misdemeanors.

Michael Paul Mayes, age 37, 607 Oneill Street, Belpre, OH, domestic violence and aggravated menacing, both misdemeanors.

Matthew Thomas Steele, age 27, homeless, OVI, driving under suspension, no seatbelt, improper lane usage and probation violation, all misdemeanors.

Julie Antoinette Schultheis, age 54, 12090 State Route 60, Lowell, OH, domestic violence and criminal trespassing, both misdemeanors.

There are currently 26 female inmates and 87 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
